Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at (661) 446-9567 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

How do I earn a return?

When you invest with Profit Prophet Capital, you buy shares in our company.  We use shareholder capital to acquire income‑producing assets—real estate, aircraft, medical equipment, heavy machinery, small‑business stakes and loan portfolios.  Profits from those assets are pooled and distributed to shareholders as dividends.  There are no management fees; we only earn when our assets generate profits.

Are returns guaranteed?

No.  We strive to provide consistent dividends, but investment returns can vary depending on market conditions and asset performance.  All investments carry risk, and you could lose money.  We mitigate risk through diversification, careful due diligence and active portfolio management.

What types of assets do you invest in?

We invest across multiple asset classes to balance risk and return.  Our portfolio includes income‑producing real estate, aircraft leased to flight schools, medical‑equipment leases, heavy‑equipment rentals, equity and revenue‑sharing deals with small businesses, and a diversified mix of short‑ and long‑term loans (including SBA‑backed loans).  Each investment category is explained in detail on our website.

What fees do you charge?

We do not charge management or advisory fees.  Our compensation comes solely from the same profits that are paid out as dividends to shareholders.  This aligns our incentives with yours: we only succeed when you do.

How often are dividends paid?

Dividend frequency depends on the cash flow of our underlying investments.  We aim to make distributions at regular intervals—typically monthly or quarterly—but timing can vary.  You will receive detailed statements whenever dividends are paid.

What is the minimum investment?

Minimum investment amounts may change over time.  Please contact us directly or visit our “Get Started” page for current minimums and account opening instructions.

Are my investments insured or protected?

All investor funds are held in secure custodial accounts at Fidelity and are covered by SIPC insurance up to applicable limits.  SIPC protection does not insure against market losses but does safeguard your account assets in the event of broker‑dealer insolvency.

Can I sell my shares or redeem my investment?

Because you invest by purchasing shares in Profit Prophet Capital, liquidity is limited.  We offer redemption windows periodically, and there may be restrictions or notice requirements.  Please review our offering documents or contact our investor relations team for details.

How do you select your investments?

Our team performs extensive research and due diligence on every opportunity.  We analyze financials, market conditions, collateral, management teams and regulatory factors.  We also diversify across industries, geographies and deal structures to balance risk and potential return.

What are the risks of investing?

All investments involve risk.  Real estate values can fluctuate, tenants can default, aircraft or equipment can sit idle, small businesses can fail and borrowers can default on loans.  While we use covenants, collateral and diversification to manage these risks, there is no guarantee of profit, and you could lose part or all of your investment.

Do I have to be an accredited investor?

Eligibility requirements vary depending on the specific offering and regulatory framework.  Some opportunities may be open to all investors, while others may require you to meet accreditation criteria.  Please consult the specific offering documents or speak with our team.

How are dividends and interest treated for tax purposes?

Dividend and interest payments are generally taxable income.  At the end of each year, we will provide the appropriate tax forms (e.g., Form 1099‑DIV or 1099‑INT) detailing any distributions you received.  You should consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
