How It Works


We acquire properties using a combination of cash and conservative leverage.  Our team handles tenant screening, maintenance, insurance, taxes and compliance.  Rental income is collected, expenses are paid, and net earnings flow into Profit Prophet Capital’s profits.  You receive dividends based on our overall profitability rather than a fixed return.  Because we pool multiple properties in different markets, we aim to reduce the impact of any single vacancy or local downturn.
